My room was quite spacious. The bathroom included a separate toilet from the shower, a definite plus. I found the staff very helpful. The hotel's proximity to the harbor and cable car offered easy access to both sides of the area.
The included breakfast was satisfactory, but lacked any particularly amazing options.

I found the bathroom quite nice. It included a rainfall shower and offered good space. The breakfast provided a good variety of fresh fruit. Staff quickly addressed a minor request I made regarding the room.
The air conditioning system seemed to be centrally controlled. Adjusting the temperature in my room was not possible. It was a minor inconvenience but noticeable.

the location was excellent, just a short walk from the main square. my room, a superior room, had ample space and a lovely bathroom. the breakfast offered a nice selection, i especially enjoyed the different breads available (they were good!).
i found the wi-fi connection to be a little spotty in my room.
